Mental well being is recognized as a state of being that allows people to cop up with stress, anxiety, fear, rage etc in their lives. Amoung these stress being the main factor which affects the mental health as well as the physical health of a person. Stress when not managed properly pave way to several diseases in body. Ayurveda takes a holistic approach in managing mental stress and improving the overall psychological health of a person.\r\n\r\n\r\n<br><br>\r\n\r\nAyurveda the \u2018Science Of Life\u2019 emphasizes on the balance of <a href=\"\/our-methodology-of-healing-mind-body-soul\/\">mind, body &#038; spirit<\/a> to achieve overall health and wellbeing.
