Dina bedeutet  Tag und  Charya bedeutet  Aktivit\u00e4t, was sich auf ein t\u00e4gliches Programm bezieht, das die Selbstf\u00fcrsorge durch verschiedene t\u00e4gliche Aktivit\u00e4ten f\u00f6rdert.
