Noreen was born and raised in the idyllic Mecklenburg Lake District, where she developed an early connection to nature, tranquility, and genuine hospitality. After completing her training as a Tourism and Leisure Management Assistant in 2020, she gained diverse experience in guest relations, marketing, and event organization. It soon became clear to her, however, that her true passion lies at the reception desk\u2014where meaningful encounters begin and where she can offer guests an immediate sense of arrival.\r\n\r\nSince 2023, Noreen has been part of our team, welcoming guests to our resort with warmth and a big smile.
